I chose this hotel for attending a roundtable discussion and was pleased to find that they provided irons/ironing boards in all the accommodations. This made it convenient for me to have well-pressed clothes throughout my stay.
The one service that I missed for my work was a printing facility. It would have been helpful to have access to a printer to quickly print out any important documents or materials related to the roundtable discussion.

I had a wonderful stay here! The location was perfect, with easy access to the central shopping area and a short walk to the old town, marketplace, and museums. The hotel was also conveniently located just 10 minutes away from the French border. I found 3 supermarkets and a money exchange just a minute away, which was very convenient. Additionally, it was only a 10-minute drive from the airport. The apartment itself was spacious and had all the amenities I needed. it was a great value for the price.
Nothing! It is perfect.

I really enjoyed the cozy and charming ambiance of the hotel. The decorations were tasteful and made me feel right at home. The common areas were spacious and easy to navigate, which was perfect for someone like me, who has difficulty with stairs and long walks. It was also great to see that the hotel had taken into consideration the needs of senior people like myself, ensuring that there were comfortable seating areas and handrails for support.
I would have appreciated having more assistance from the staff during my stay. While the children working there were polite, there were times when I needed their assistance and they seemed too occupied to provide the help I required.

The BaselCard free during our stay was an absolute game-changer! It saved us so much money and allowed us to explore the city without any worries. The apartment itself was tidy and clean, making us feel right at home. The location was superb, just a short walk from the city centre and conveniently close to the airport. The fact that there were three supermarkets and a money exchange just a stone's throw away was mind-blowing! We were also thrilled to find a washing machine in the basement, making laundry a breeze. our stay was super comfortable and enjoyable, and we couldn't have asked for a better place at such an affordable price.

The apartment was amazing! It had a comfy living room with a flat-screen TV and a great selection of channels. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the beds in the 2 bedrooms were so cozy. The bathroom had a nice bathtub and free toiletries. We felt right at home!
Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the bathroom toiletries. But hey, that's just me!

I really got my money's worth at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location couldn't have been better. The staff treated me well too.
The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was more variety in the food options.
